To open an IC-DISC, please download the Application for Incorporation of a Nevada IC-DISC, complete and sign the document, and mail it to Export Assist, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 4050, San Francisco, CA 94104 along with a check for Export Assist’s fees.

Upon receipt of your completed and signed Application for Incorporation and the payment, we will begin the incorporation process. This can be completed within 24 to 48 hours at which time you can start taking IC-DISC benefits. Following incorporation, you will receive a complete set of incorporation documents and the Export Assist IC-DISC Services Agreement for signature and return.
