EXPORT TAX ADVANTAGE® ANALYSIS AND REPORT

The EXPORT TAX ADVANTAGE® Analysis and Report is a comprehensive assessment of the potential revenue and export tax benefits available to you now. This FREE personalized report is prepared using existing U.S. Federal tax code with estimated transfer pricing support and option structuring guidance from an economist.

Export Assist offers full turnkey Export Entity Management Services that enable the U.S. exporter to benefit from export-related tax and corporate treasury solutions.   3. determination of the transferable export economic activities from the hypothetical export P&L
  4. formulation of each EXPORT TAX ADVANTAGE® Plan by determining appropriate activities to be transferred to the export finance corporation.

These results are analyzed and the benefits of each export finance corporation structure are described in detail with final observations summarized. Once the U.S. exporter determines the structure best suited to meet its objectives, implementation actions are delineated, taking into consideration corporate treasury, working capital, interest consolidation, reduced taxation, shareholder goals and export competitive advantage.
